Fox Real Estate is a real estate, relocation, marketing, and strategic-advisory brand founded by Jason Fox.

Jason Fox is a Washington-licensed real estate broker affiliated with John L. Scott Ballard and is a co-founder of The Madrona Group. Washington real estate brokerage services are provided through the applicable licensed brokerage and are subject to separate brokerage disclosures and written agreements.

Brokerage services in any other jurisdiction are offered only when and where Jason Fox and the applicable brokerage are properly licensed and authorized. Applicable brokerage affiliations, disclosures, duties, and representation terms will be provided separately before a brokerage relationship is established.

2. No Brokerage Relationship Through Website Use

Visiting this site, using a planning tool, submitting a form, requesting information, subscribing to email, or communicating with Fox Real Estate does not create a real estate brokerage, agency, fiduciary, consulting, or client relationship.
